When making red raspberry puree at home, prefer fresh and plump raspberries. When buying in packed form, make sure it doesn't contain artificial coloring, high fructose corn syrup or too much sugar.

Description
Red Raspberry Puree is prepared by blending fresh or frozen(unsweetened) red raspberries(seedless) in a food processor until pureed smooth. A hint of sugar is added to balance the natural tartness of the berries. It can be used to flavor beverages and poured over desserts.
