Description

Roasted chilli flakes are chilli flakes dry-roasted in a thick-bottomed pan on low flame, for 1-2 minutes or till they turn color and give off an aroma. They can be used in marinades, dressings and stir fries or sprinkled over pizzas and pasta.

Selection Guide

Look for completely dried roasted chili flakes with no hint of moisture in them. Check for their "use-by" date while purchasing.
