Rooibos is a red herbal tea that is made from the leaves of the aspalathus linearis shrub. It is created by fermenting the leaves, which turns them a red-brown colour. Rooibos tea is of two types such as red rooibos tea and green rooibos tea. Rooibos tea only comes from South Africa.
