  1. Sodium Acid Sulfate can be used in dips, fillings, soups, sauces, snacks, dressings, beverages and desserts. It can be used as a food additive to leaven cake mixes. It can be used in meat and poultry processing, and also to prevent browning of fresh-cut produce.

Description

Sodium acid sulphate i the sodium salt of the bisulfate anion. It is a natural acid(dry acid in crystal, granular, or powder form) that lowers pH without a sour taste. It is widely known as a pH adjustor(acidity regulator) in food products but is also used as fungicide, herbicide, or microbiocide (a product that kills microbes) in a variety of industries.
