Description
Split Black Gram flour is a fine ground-creamy-white flour made from ivory colored skinned and split black gram. It is prepared from dried, ground whole urad dal, which is lightly roasted and ground into fine flour. It is widely used in South Indian cooking to make dosa, idli and uttapam.
