Description

Split green gram flour is obtained when split green gran is ground and dried. The process involves the lentils being cleaned, roasted, the seed coat is removed and then ground into a powder to make a flour.It comes in two varieties- Coarse ground split green gram flour and Fine ground split green gram flour. This flour is mainly used in various Indian and Chinese dishes.
