Description

Sprouted green pea flour is obtained from green peas have been sprouted, dried, and cold-milled into flour. It is nutrient dense and easily digested( as sprouting breaks down the enzyme inhibitors, making it easy to digest and absorb the nutrients). It is used as a great pasta and tortilla flour.
