Description

Sprouted moong flour is a flour obtained from dried, sprouted green moong beans that have germimated and put out shoots. The sprouted moong beans, including the outer seed coating, are ground to a fine powder with a smooth texture. Sprouted beans increase flour's nutritional value and make it easier for the body to digest. It can be used alone or combined with other grain flours(wheat flour or sorghum flour), in sweet and savoury preparations.
