  1. Stabilizer(445) can be used as a stabilizer and emulsifier in food and beverages. It can also be used as an ingredient in the production of chewing-gum and ice cream. It can be used as an alternative to brominated vegetable oil (used as an emulsifier) in citrus flavoured soft drinks.

Description

Stabilizer(445) is an oil soluble food additive, made by a chemical reaction between gum rosin with glycerin (Glycerol) to produce the glycerol ester. It can be used as a food additive in the form of a stabilizer and emulsifier to keep oils in suspension in water.
