Vanilla ice cream is an ice cream that is originally created by cooling a mixture made of cream, sugar, and vanilla above a container of ice and salt. Vanilla ice cream may be classified by the type of flavoring used. If natural vanilla extract is used, then the product is called "vanilla ice-cream". If vanillin from natural vanilla is used, then the product is called "vanilla flavored ice cream". Just like other ice cream flavors even vanilla ice cream can be made at home with minimal ingredients like heavy whipping cream, half-and-half cream, sugar and vanilla extract. To make a super quick and easy vanilla ice cream at home, combine all the ingredients together in a blender and blend. Make sure that the sugar dissolves completely. Once done, transfer the mixture to another container and freeze it for 6-7 hours. After freezing, take it out and serve chilled.
