Description

Wheaten cornflour is a starch in the form of fine white ground powder, seperated from proteins and other components of wheat flour. It can be used in a wide range of cooking and baking applications. It is best used for baking and as a thickener in smoother gravies and sauces. 

Selection Guide

Look for a finely ground wheaten cornflour with no evidence of moisture or infestation.

Note

Wheaten cornflour contains gluten which makes it unsuitable for people with celiac disease as it may cause allergic reactions.(2)
