Yoghurt Chutney

Also Known As : Dahi ki chatni, Curd Chutney

Description

To make yogurt chutney, in a small blender take 1 cup coriander, ÂĽ cup pudina, 2 green chilli, 1 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Blend it to smooth paste adding water only if required. Now add in Âľ cup hung curd followed by ÂĽ tsp cumin powder, ÂĽ tsp chaat masala and ÂĽ tsp salt. Whisk it smooth making sure the curd blends well with spices and as you get a smooth consistency, serve it.
