USe 1tbsp Catch Dal makhani masala mix it with one small bowl of milk.Add to your gravy of dal makhani , it gives you mix spices aromatic flavour which blend perfectly to dal gives mild spicy flavour dish with creamy texture. Complete your dish same as restaurant style. If you use this Masala no need to use other spices except salt and red chili powder. Its perfect combination of all spices

Perfect masala for making dal makhani
This masala has a perfect mix of spices and salt. It works really well for making dal makhani. It adds a very particular flavor to the dal making it no different from restaurant-style dal makhani.

Loved it
I have been using it since years and i personally found it a 100 percent pure spice with the original aroma,Low temperature grinding.
Just add 1 tbsp of catch dal makhani masala with other spices or flavors and you are good to go.
I would totally recommend it .
