Good
This product is pretty good and is of best quality. It might take some extra time to cook but its worth it. The packaging is amazing and the product is not adulterated.

Worst
Wish they could clean it well before selling. I have been ordering Tata Sampann Dal for more than 6 months , for the last quality is deteriorated. It is taking unusually long time to cook even after soaking for several hours. Earlier it was just regular cooking time.

Masoor Dal is among the most common variety of dals found in India. Tata sampann masoor dal is a very good though it does take some time to cook it from my personal experience but also at the same time they seem quite organic maybe thats the why!

Good & best
The packet was very Satisfying and good in quality. Definitely looking forward to buy again. I would suggest everyone to try this daal atleast one time and you will definitely love it ? Highly Recommended ?

Takes time to boil and cook
Tried this brand for the first time and Did not like the taste of the Daal as compared to what we used to eat fro local vendor, it's a little bit different in take and it takes extremely long to cook/ boil as compared to non branded ones. My personal view.

Natural Taste
Generally I used to buy grocery from local vendors. But as Amazon started grocery delivery in my area, I also wqnt to try its services. There I found that TATA is also selling the lentils. Without thinking again, I ordered it. When I received my courier, I was really excited for it. I opened the packet. And what I found. Naturally looking and clean lentils. Taste was also awesome....

Masoor dal
I usually cook tuver dal, but my mil use to mix masoor dal with it, but once I cook without tuver dal n it tastes even better, from that day I use to cook masoor dal separately n this one is perfect for rice, tastes n fragrance awesome when cooked.
