It is tomato paste with which we can make vegetables very quickly. Taste of vegetables cooked with paste is very good. We can store this puree for about six months at room temp. In rainy season when fresh tomato of good quality is not available or it is very costly, this puree is of great use.
It tastes a bit sweet if you taste it right out of the jar, but when cooked in the pan with some oil, cheese and a bit of red chilli powder, it can make a delectable red sauce pasta! I totally recommend buying this product.
