Usage Tips

  1. Active Lactic Culture with Probiotics can be used in fermented food products.

Description

Active Lactic Culture with Probiotics is lactic acid-producing bacterias or probiotic, commonly used in fermented or cultured dairy products such as yogurt. They consist of specific strains of live bacteria that exert probiotic effects and are able to survive both the stomach acids (pH as low as 1.5) and the bile acids (pH as low as 2). They are beneficial for gastrointestinal health and function through the high consumption of fermented foods.
