Description
Apple Cider Vinegar powder is obtained by spraying maltodextrin with apple cider vinegar and allowing it to dry. It is basically the dehydrated form of apple cider vinegar. Its flavour and aroma are preserved by drying the apple cider vinegar on a maltodextrin carrier. It is a light yellow to off white colored powder with a strong aroma. It has pH lowering properties and also used as flavour enhncer in soups, barbeque sauces and vegetable dishes.
