Description
Blackcurrant is a woody shrub in the family Grossulariaceae grown for its berries, native to temperate parts(where it prefers damp fertile soils) of central and northern Europe and northern Asia. Blackcurrant pulp is a translucent pulp with red or green tones, extracted from ripe black-blue blackcurrant by pressing it.
