Description

Poha is flattened rice ,where rice is beaten into flat, light, dry flakes. Brown rice poha is made by using brown rice. These flakes of rice swell when added to liquid, as they absorb water, milk or any other liquid they are added to. It is thicker than the regular poha, hence it has to be soaked with enough water. It is used in Indian cuisine.
