Description

Butter is a pale yellow colored food which is produced when lactic acid producing bacteria are added to cream and churned. It is traditionally derived from animal milk, usually cows.Two types of butter that are consumed are salted and unsalted butter. The unsalted butter is used in both baking and cooking. It contains at least 80% of milk fat. Salted butter is commonly used with bread.
