Description

Cheese powder is a powdered form of cheese made by resolubilising natural cheese in water and then spray drying the resulting emulsion. It is commonly made from cheddar but can come in Swiss, sharp, and a few other varieties as well like cream and gouda. It is in the form of smooth, velvety powder, off-white in color.
