Description

Cloves are generally the dried brown colored flower buds of an evergreen tree native to Indonesia. They are a versatile spice that can be used in drinks and in both sweet and savoury dishes. They are also used in Indian Ayurvedic medicine, Chinese medicine and dentistry. When Cloves are fresh, they are generally pink in colour, and when dried, they turn to a rust-brown colour.
