Description

Dry Sangri are the long green beans or pods of sangri tree that are harvested when they are fully mature and are dried. Once the pods are dried, their skin is removed and they may also split naturally.

Selection Guide

Look for the Dry sangri beans that are not cracked and are free from debris.
