Description

Emulsifier (E472a) is obtained with a mixture of esters of glycerol with edible fats and acetic acid. It can be liquid to solid in consistency and white to pale yellow in color.

Look for the "best-before" date on the label of Emulsifier (E472a). Also check for "Suitable for Vegetarians" on the label of its packaging as it can be of animal origin.
