Description
Ethyl vanillin is a chemically synthesised flavouring agent related to vanillin or artificial vanilla. It is a white to yellow coloured needle like crystalline powder that has a similar aroma to vanilla. It is three times as strong as artificial vanillin. It is used in the flavouring of foods, icecreams, chocolates and beverages.
