Description

Green raw mangoes are the greener version of mangoes that range from oval to slightly kidney in shape. They grow at the ends of long stems on evergreen trees in subtropical and tropical regions. They are green in color with firm skin that offers tart smell. Their inside reveals firm and crispy flesh along with a small, thin stone in the centre. They can be crushed into a pulp/paste and used in cooking as well. They are commonly used in Thai cuisine. Green raw mangoes are available throughout the year.
