Description

Green tea extract is a supplement derived from the green tea plant(camellia sinensis plant). The extract can be liquid or powder, made from dried green tea leaves. It contains same amount of active ingredients in concentrated form, as an average cup of green tea, including polyphenols, vitamins, antioxidants and flavonoids. It is known to help improve health and body composition, for its high antioxidant content.
