Description

Mango is a fruit of the mango tree having round or oval kidney-like shape. The fruit takes 4-5 months from flowering to ripen. It has a smooth, fibrous and pulpy texture. In Indian cooking, unripe mangoes are generally sliced and dried to form a powder which is called amchoor. The pulp of this delicious mango when blended in juicer leads to the production of mango juice. To enhance the flavour of mango juice one can use orange or tender coconut water to obtain taste mango juice. To make mango juice more sweeter add honey, agave and sugar.
