Description

Morello Cherries are a variety of sour cherries in the subgenus Cerasus. They have dark red colored skin with dark red flesh and dark juice inside. This variety of cherry is quite popular in Europe.

Selection Guide

Look for plump and firm, dark-skinned morello cherries without any discoloration. Avoid if the cherries have soft spots.
