  1. Natural saffron flavour can be stored for up to 24 months. It can be used to add color and flavour to baked goods like cakes and cookies, icecreams, badam milk, mediterranean-style breads, sauces, indian sweets and beverages.

Description

Saffron is derived from the flower of Crocus sativus, commonly known as "saffron crocus". It is dried(stigmas) and used as a spice to flavour foods. Natural saffron flavour is food grade extract of saffron. It is used as an excellent and economic replacement to saffron. Saffron extract does not lose flavor unlike saffron that quickly leave its flavour and dries out. It can be used as a flavouring and coloring agent in foods.
