Description

Orange Shreds are the stripped off, fine thread-like pieces of orange peel. They are obtained by slicing off the thin strips of orange skin using the Microplane grater. They can be used to flavor and garnish sweet and savory dishes.

Selection Guide

Avoid Orange Shreds with inner white pith as it may taste bitter. Better not to grate white pith along the skin.
