Description

Permitted Natural & Artificial Flavoring Agent are flavouring substances that are safe to use in food products and permitted under Food Safety and Standards (Food Product Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011. Natural flavours are obtained from its natural sources like fruits and vegetables, through roasting, heating or enzymolysis. Artificial flavours are flavours not obtained from their natural sources but are chemical mixtures that mimic a natural flavor in some or the other way.
