Description
Red food colour is food grade coloring substance(liquid, powder or gel) that imparts red color to food and beverages. It can be extracted naturally(resourced from nature directly) from red cabbage, red beet or berries, or can be produced artificially(do not occur in nature, produced chemically). Artificial or synthetic red colors include Ponceau 4R, Carmoisine, and Erythrosine. These are permitted to be used as food colors in baked goods, confectionery and drinks.
