Check for the "Use-by" date on the packaging of Red Poha. Make sure there is no evidence of moisture in it.

Description
Red poha is obtained by soaking red rice in water, then drying, flattening and roasting it. The red color of poha is due to presence of pigment called anthocyanin, a flavonoid. It has coarser texture than white poha.
