Description

Spinach paste is a thick consistency paste made using just spinach leaves and water. It can be used as a base for many recipes like palak paneer, palak kofte, palak parantha, palak oats idli and so on. To make spinach paste, first wash the spinach leaves thoroughly under running water. Heat water in a separate pan and once it boils, add the spinach leaves.Cook it till the leaves soften. Stain the water, let the leaves cool down and blend the constituents into a mixer grinder to make a thick paste.
