Usually sucralose is available in powdered form. When buying sucralose, choose a reputed brand, with sealed packaging and also check for the expiry date.

Description
Sucralose is a popular sweetener which is obtained from sugar by substituting one part of a sugar molecule with chlorine, but it has characteristics that are different from sugar like it has no calories unlike sugar and is 600 times sweeter than sugar. Sucralose is largely considered shelf-stable (prolonged shelf life) and can be used at elevated temperatures like in case of baking, canning etc. Sucralose has been approved by the FDA for use in food products and in the European Union, it has been given the additive code as E955. The most common sucralose product is sold under the brand name 'Splenda'. Food products that contain sucralose are often labelled as, 'Sugar free','Lite', 'Zero calorie', 'Sugarless'.
