Description
Sweetened Cranberries are dried cranberries coated with sugar solution. They can also be allowed to rest in a water-sugar solution overnight, prior to freeze-drying or air-drying. They may be coated in small quantities of vegetable oil as well to keep them from sticking together. They can eaten on their own or added to desserts.
