Description

Thai green curry paste is a green colored paste made up of green chilies, onion, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, lemon juice, grated lemon, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemongrass and pepper powder. This paste works as a base for making Thai curries and pasta. Though it is available at store counters under various brands but it is equally easy to prepare at home too. Just grind all the ingredients in a mortar or a food processor using a little water until a paste-like consistency is achieved. Transfer it to a glass container for long term storage and you are good to go.
