Since my childhood i just go crazy for a hot mug of bournvita. I used to eat a spoon of powder before my mum mixed it with hot milk. In those days chocolate flavour was luxury. and bournvita was the second name of chocolate. But still Bournvita has maintained that chocolaty flavour . To be honest for the sake of Atlas given as free for Milo ,we forced our dad to bring Milo which then never got place in our shelf. I cant say how much calcium and vitamins bournvita has provided me in every mug i have consumed till now, but i'm sure it has given me the taste ,aroma,refreshment,hunger fulfillment and joy. Any kind of biscuits along with bournvita tastes heavenly which many times made me to skip breakfast.I never had addiction of tea or coffee , may be because of the habit of drinking Bournvita. Never put a wet spoon and always drop a spoonful of powder and then into that a hot cup of milk are the two important tips to make delicious mug of Bournvita. Many a times in hurry we may put a wet spoon that makes it like a solid cake which is difficult to use further . so you can store it in refrigerator which can avoid solidifying. The plastic jar of bournvita should be replaced by a eco friendly glass bottle that can be reused . To my luck we got to see bournvita jar on th road side tea vendor cart in the remotest hill station also. This made me happy and less worried even in my many tours and travels. Because having drinks with caffeine makes me dizzy while travelling. I have served bournvita even to my guests which is quick to make and easy to serve. My son likes the chilled bournvita with frost and a ladle of vanilla ice cream served in a tall glass. I use it while making chikoo shake and chocolate cake. For me Bournvita is not just a health drink but a aromatic mug of memories .

Tata is the classic tea brand's of India. It's a perfect combination of aroma ,taste and colour. The tea brown colour is so pleasing that i would love to sip with cup or slurp in a saucer. This tea when served in clay cup looks very attractive and tastes super. Recently i tried tandoori chai made from Tata gold .The hot boiling tandoori chai was so aromatic that there was a big queue outside a small cafe of Bangalore street. Even cafes and restaurants are using branded tea powders as the cheap wholesale dust tea powder is not liked by it's customers. Customer has choice and he may switch on to the other cafes if he is not happy with tea served here. The texture of Tata gold is so good ,the leafy granules of tea makes it so good. Members of my home are so choosy that they don't have the tea which is very dark , bitter or milky .It should be perfect . So i have practiced a perfect method of tea making and never try any other brand usually. A cup of my perfect chaha needs 2 tbsp of sugar and one tbsp of tea powder. I add the Tata gold tea powder when the water starts boling and put off the flame . It has to be covered and kept for two minutes , then strain it and add hot milk. I never boil tea too much otherwise the it turns bitter and leaves tanin ,which is not good. Packaging is good but we have to transfer it to the airtight container . Its good if they introduce a zip lock pouch so that we can zip it back after every use to retain it's aroma. I usually buy 2 packets of Tata gold of 250 grms each for a month and open one pack each at a time so that it's freshness remain intact. Chai is the lifeline of all class of people Tata gold has to reduce its pricing so that every poor house can also enjoy the rich taste of Tata gold True gold.

Dhokla was always a nightmare for me ,may be it's not a cup of tea for pakka south Indian like me. But i love dhokla like a pakka gujrati. I tried make it in many different ways but failed to get that fluffiness. At last I found MTR khaman dhokla which made my nightmare into tempting dream. I am using chia seeds since a year. This was totally new for me.one of my friend recommended chia for weight loss. I bought this product when i planned to make a pizza at home. Its one of the best seasoning available in the market. its multipurpose not only in pizza i use it in many number of dishes when ever i feel like experimenting with my usual dishes. once i sprinkled keya seasoning on the simple aloo sabzi it tasted ao well that my son enjoyed it. i add it to acbbage and capisicum bhaji, i make garlic toast with key mixed herbs. i use it in soups, parathsa, paneer tikka. Even i use it on rusk with a pinch of salt . rusk turns into mini garlic bread. We can experiment on different dishes as per our choice,don't ever ignore buying Keya spice at super market near you. Best chilli flakes I have bought so far. I got this form my nearest super market, as they come in sachets it made to switch to this product. So far I had buy a big packet of 100 GM's and it used to worn out and get wasted. So this sachet of Mirchillion is perfect choice. I use it in many dishes for seasoning. , Sometimes I replace chilli powder with Mirchillion flakes,it gives perfect spicy taste to the dish. For making salads, pizzass,and other Chinese dishes Mirchillion is must. It's not too chilli and spicy but gives perfect taste needed . Kids loce to sprinkle it directly also.
