Knowing that quinoa is loaded with vital nutrients like protein, fiber, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and antioxidants I picked up this small pack for my daily consumption. The grains are really very fresh and taste wonderful when cooked. Definitely a great option to rely upon for healthy snacks and breakfast recipes.

Very much high at fiber , Very very nutritious, it is low at glycemic index which use to control blood sugar levels. It's very tasty as well. I highly recommend this product. Perfect for a diabetic patient.
