Tastes nothing less than a fresh Sardine.
John West Sardines In Olive Oil Tin is very palatable, the flavour is quite intact. It tastes nothing less than a fresh Sardine. This can also last for two to three day, if stored precisely.

John west sardines in olive oil is a canned product. You can simply eat canned sardines as are. You may want to drain the liquid they come in. You can easily add some oil, mayonnaise, hot sauce, mustard, or other seasonings; put them into a salad, or grill with some onions and garlic to seal in additional flavour.
