This product has an explosion of flavours - spicy, sweet, salty, and a tad bitter all at the same time. It gives the rich flavour to the curry, and the hint peanut not only adds to the grainy texture of the curry but also tempers the taste of the hot flavours.

Great product
Mirch ka salan is one of my favourites dishes and I couldn't find more tastier salan than Rajasthan itself but when I used this mix, it completely satisfied me. It's perfect and I highly recommend this.
