Agar Agar type Wonder Gel is perfect vegetable substitute to traditional animal gelatin that provides a soft & delicate texture with smooth spreadability & creaminess.
It is ideal for vegetarian & vegan diets as it is made from a natural plant-based source. High versatility in applications such as cake glaze, decorative piping gel, yogurt, soft puddings, creamy custards, spreadable cheese etc.
It works very well as a natural vegan gelatin substitute. Worked wonderfully well while making jellies and custard puddings.
I used this for making jelly and pudding it goes perfectly with this . Without gelatin it is not possible , but it's a great substitute for the gelatine , who don't eat gelatin .
I am happy with the product quality and quantity. It's really worth for money.
Meron did a great job , for bakers , chef and who loves cooking it is a great product to make tasty and delicious dishes.
