Don't buy this!
Absolutely don't go for this product, if you want to try mackerels then go out and buy fresh, this product is a disappointment. A total waste of Money!

Mackerels in oil
Mackerel is a big, oily fish, similar to tuna, but it has lower levels or mercury and is less at risk of overfishing. It's high in both omega-3 and -6 fatty acids and a good source of protein, and has been found to lower blood pressure in men. However this one is too oily.
