Ingredients For Alu Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First mix salt, sugar and 1 teaspoon of white oil in the flour and rub it with water as required.
  • 2. Mix the boiled potatoes well. Mix mashed / mashed potatoes with salt, coriander leaves, chilli and fried powder.
  • 3. Cut 4 lentils from the flour. Fill the bowl with potatoes.
  • 4. Close your mouth well.
  • 5. Lightly sand with oil / flour very carefully.
  • 6. Fry the paratha in a frying pan with a little oil.
  • 7. Serve with sauce .
