Take a heavy bottom pans add ghee and amaranth flour and roast it in law flame till golden brown then add khus khus and chopped almonds and roast it for 1 minute then add hot water and stir it continuously and mix it well.

Add sugar in it and mix it again and cover it with a lid for 2-3 minutes till sugar dissolve then remove the lid and mix it again and add desiccated coconut and cardamom powder and mix it well and switch off the flame. Amaranth Flour Halwa is ready to serve garnish with chopped roast almonds and cashews
