Ingredients For ARRABIATA PASTA

Methods
  • 1. Boil the pasta . Cook it al dente according to package directions.
  • 2. Blend tomatoes to make puree.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan . Add chopped garlic. Saute it on low heat till it’s raw smell goes away.
  • 4. Now add red chilli flakes in the pan saute for seconds. Add tomato puree salt and black pepper. Mix it well, cook until oil starts releasing from the sauce.
  • 5. Now add oregano. Mix it. Add pasta to the sauce and mix it well. Cook for a while until sauce coats the pasta well.
  • 6. Turn off the flame. Serve hot.
