Ingredients For Baby Potato Fry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, in a pressure cooker take 2 cup water and steam 9 baby potato with 1 tsp salt for 2 whistles.
  • 2. Cool completely and peel the skin of the potato.
  • 3. In a large kadai heat, 2 tbsp oil add boiled potato.
  • 4. Saute and roast until the potato turns golden brown.
  • 5. Keep the roasted potato aside.
  • 6. In the same oil splutter 1 tsp mustard, ½ tsp urad dal, ½ tsp cumin, pinch hing and few curry leaves.
  • 7. Also, saute ½ onion and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste well.
  • 8. Further, add ÂĽ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp aamchur and ½ tsp salt.
  • 9. Now add roasted potato.
  • 10. Saute on low flame until spices are coated well.
  • 11. Finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy baby potato fry.
