Bajra Churma / Laddu Recipe

You can add jaggery instead of powdered sugar.If you want to make laddoos then add more ghee into the ready mixture and make laddu

Ingredients For Bajra Churma / Laddu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add 1 tbsp ghee and bajra atta.mix it well
  • 2. add lukewarm water Make a dough.
  • 3. Heat the tawa. make bajra roti crisp it from both sides.
  • 4. Cool it down and grind it in mixy or you can do with ur hands.
  • 5. Take a deep pan add ghee,saute dryfruits in it.
  • 6. in the same pan now roast bajra mixture for 3-4 min.
  • 7. Roast Till colour gets change nd nice aroma came now add dry fruits,powdered sugar mix it well
  • 8. Tasty healthy churma is ready
