Methods
  • 1. Firstly Heat the ghee in a wok, add cumin seeds crackle, add turmeric powder, put onion saute for a few seconds, and add all vegetables one by one and add all spices and salt to taste mix it well and switch off the flame.
  • 2. Now In the same pan mix the cooked daliya nicely.
  • 3. Take muffins moulds, 3/4 fill the daliya mixture.. Put it in preheated microwave and microwave it for 4-5 minutes on 100 digree then rest 10 minutes..
  • 4. Now demould all muffins , Sarve it hot hot with green chutney and tomato sauce..
